Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
